Terms of Service

By accessing or using FolioFast at foliofast.site, you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About the Service

FolioFast is a SaaS platform that allows users to create, customize, and publish personal portfolios online. We provide the tool, not the content — all portfolio content is created by users themselves.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FolioFast. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to represent that organization.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content and images you upload to FolioFast. By uploading, you confirm that:

• You legally own or are licensed to use all such content and images.
• Your content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
• You grant FolioFast the right to store and serve that content for the purpose of displaying your portfolio.

5. Prohibited Content

You must not upload or publish content that:

• Violates Vietnamese or international law
• Is pornographic, obscene, or exploits minors
• Incites hatred based on race, religion, or gender
• Impersonates another individual or organization
• Distributes malware, spyware, or any harmful content
• Violates another person's privacy

FolioFast reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules and terminate your account without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

FolioFast is a portfolio creation tool. We strive to maintain a stable service, however we are not liable for:

• Data loss due to technical failures on the part of infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) or force majeure events.
• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, system upgrades, or events beyond our control.
• Indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use the service.

We recommend that you regularly back up your important data.

7. Service & Pricing Changes

FolioFast reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue features at any time. If we change our pricing (in the event of launching paid plans in the future), we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via your registered email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through account settings. FolioFast may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these terms.
• We are required to do so by law.
• Your conduct harms other users or third parties.

9. FolioFast Intellectual Property

All interfaces, designs, source code, branding, and logos of FolioFast are our property. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from these assets without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
